New Ultra Tough LINEBOAR Urethane Cups and Disks

We are proud to announce the development of a new line of highly wear resistant urethane cups and disks.  Over the years, the interiors of many pipelines have become coated in abrasive debris such as iron sulfides, iron oxides, asphaltines, silicates, or other materials.  Most cups wear out quickly in these harsh environments.  Often the wear is so extreme that bypass brings the pig to a halt inside the line.  This is particularly a problem in dry gas lines.

 

Our new LINEBOAR cups are combined with a belt of abrasion resistant inserts.  Under controlled testing these materials have, so far, shown significantly improved wear resistance over urethane alone. 

 

This combination of materials allows the LINEBOAR to survive in many environments that would destroy ordinary cups, providing significant savings in time and money that would have been spent replacing worn cups and retrieving stuck tools.
