Nitrogen Services

BJB provides on-site nitrogen generation to support customers’ cleaning, purging or pigging needs using our proprietary mobile nitrogen units. These units can quickly be transported to the site and begin producing nitrogen from the atmosphere almost immediately. This reduces the cost and logistical challenges associated with procuring liquid nitrogen. Additionally, there is no danger of running out of nitrogen before the job is completed.  BJB portable nitrogen units are capable of operating up to 500 psig generating up to 1,200 scfm of -40 degree F dew point with 95% – 99% purity.  Larger volume or higher pressure systems are available upon request.

PNG 1 system

• 200 – 500 SCFM at 0 – 185 psig, with a dew point of -20 degrees Fahrenheit, and a purity of 95-99%.

PNG 2 system

• 600-1200 SCFM at 0-500 psig, with a dew point of -40 degrees Fahrenheit, and a purity of 95-99%.

Larger volume or higher pressure systems are available upon request.

Our mobile nitrogen units can easily be transported to a job site, where they can begin producing nitrogen directly from the atmosphere in minutes.  This reduces the cost and headaches associated with bringing in large numbers of nitrogen tanker trucks, and there is no danger of ever running out of nitrogen on a long duration job.
