· We offer pigging maintenance programs which includes tracking of pigging history, storage of route maps, alignment sheets, and other run data, and cleaning and ILI runs.

• Whether running one of our LINEBOAR tools, or tracking a smart tool, or a foam pig, we can provide experienced trackers to suit customer’s needs.

• BJB owns and operates all the necessary tracking equipment to handle nearly any job, night or day, large or small, including pig transmitters and receivers, geophones, GPS units, trucks, and ATV’s for tough terrain.

• We can also supply equipment and personnel to help load the pig into the launcher, or pull the pig from the receiver.

• If needed, our trackers can drive the line before the run, and perform GPS mapping surveys. BJB owns several Trimble units that can be used to conduct sub-meter surveys if requested. This data can then be used to generate route maps, or for placement of AGM boxes during ILI runs.

• At the end of every run, BJB provides customers with a spreadsheet of the tool’s passage times and GPS location (upon request prior to the run), at each requested tracking point.
