|
BJB provides on site nitrogen generation, using our own portable nitrogen units. These units can quickly be transported to the site, and begin producing nitrogen from the atmosphere, almost immediately. This reduces the cost, and headaches associated with bringing in many nitrogen tanker trucks. In addition, there is no danger of running out of nitrogen before the job is done. |

We currently have two portable units for pipeline applications.

The PNG-I unit operates at 0 – 185 psig and generates 200 – 500 scfm of -20 deg F dew point with 95% to 99% purity.

The PNG-II unit operates at 0 – 500 psig and generates 600 – 1200 scfm of -40 deg F dew point with 95% to 99% purity.
