LINEBOAR TESTED IN 8” OIL LINE

LINEBOAR Tool Tested in an 8” Oil Line with Significant Restrictions.

 

When the LINEBOAR gauging tool was run through the line, it encountered significant restrictions down to nearly 6 inches.

 

At some point during the run, the LINEBOAR tool encountered an obstruction that caused significant damage and deformation to the front cup.  We suspect that the tool became hung up in a 4 inch cross over at one point in the run.  However, it managed to right itself and successfully complete the run.  No significant damage other than some slight abrasion was noted on the rear cup.  Neither cup showed any significant wear.
